Resonance, the data-driven PR, AR and inbound consultancy helping enterprise B2B technology companies in the era of purpose, has appointed two industry luminaries to its leadership team. Jessica Davis has been appointed to head of PR and Susie Evershed to head of client innovation and new business. They join the co-MDs Claire Williamson and Tom Fry to ensure the continued delivery of excellence to all clients, to shepherd the Resonance culture and to capitalise on its track record of growth.

Resonance, founded in 2010 by Claire Williamson, has seen sustained growth and is strengthening its position. From a strong PR and AR background, the consultancy has formalised its offerings to include inbound marketing for clients which it delivers as a certified HubSpot partner. Clients including NTT DATA, Ensono and CybSafe already benefit from the cross-discipline approach.

As Head of PR, Jessica will oversee the PR division, steering the team to deliver high impact, measurable and quality PR programmes in partnership with its enterprise technology clients. Jessica will be responsible for ensuring Resonance fulfils its purpose of helping enterprise technology companies that place people at the heart of their operations. She will also ensure Resonance’s values of fearlessness, curiosity, intrepreneurialism, analytical, straightforwardness and collaboration remain core to everything Resonance does while creating a dynamic and motivating environment for the team.

Joining from Spreckley, Davis brings over ten years’ PR experience, running both national and international campaigns. She has worked across a broad range of B2B accounts within the technology, retail, finance, and healthcare sectors and has experience working with both innovative start-ups, taking them to market, as well as with global blue-chip companies. She has worked with the likes of ServiceNow, UKG (formerly Kronos Incorporated and Ultimate Software), Kroll, D-Link Europe, Aspect Software and HCA Healthcare to name a few.

Susie Evershed joins as head of client innovation and new business, a strategic role that sits across Resonance’s three core services pillars of AR, PR and content & inbound marketing. Susie will ensure Resonance stays ahead of innovation in the industry, developing its proposition to deliver innovative solutions to its clients’ problems and ensure client excellence across the business. The role will also see Susie steer business development and net new logo sales.

Susie has already implemented NPS scoring for current clients. With an overall score of 9, the NPS has highlighted not only how well client teams are performing, but has also given clients the opportunity to see where Resonance can deliver further innovation and growth. Revisiting the NPS at regular intervals will ensure Resonance continues to develop and push for client excellence.

Susie Evershed brings extensive experience to the newly created role of head of client innovation and new business. Joining from Babel, Susie has more than 15 years deep experience covering B2B sectors including cyber security, retail tech, fintech and enterprise tech. She has worked with clients including Confluent, Databricks, Fenergo and Orange Cyberdefense, at agencies including Hotwire and Speed.
