Just like the last slice of Grandma's apple pie, AR has become even more coveted over the past two years, gobbled up by an insatiable business world hungering for strategic insight, thanks to the unsolicited rollercoaster ride delivered by a global pandemic, geopolitical jigsaw, and supply chain spaghetti.
Our research reveals that a resounding 51% of you indicated that your AR programs are no longer the wallflowers at the corporate function, but are in fact, the belle of the business ball.
💡 Insight: The increasing importance of AR is reflected in the fact that 51% of respondents stated their AR program has gained more buy-in from businesses.
As AR professionals, you know your superpowers extend beyond just whispering sweet nothings in the ears of C-suite executives. Gone are the days when AR was a lonely island in the business archipelago. It's increasingly becoming the sturdy bridge that connects various business functions, such as marketing, sales, product marketing, and customer success. AR has truly become the linchpin of strategic alignment and business success.
Although AR is twirling its way to the top, we found that only 26% of AR leaders feel their stakeholders fully comprehend the cha-cha of AR's value. Fear not.
