Inbound sales enquiries

Reapit

Following investment, Reapit engaged Resonance to help deliver brand awareness that fed into demand generation. Reapit is a property technology company that helps estate agents understand and make the most of their data for the best customer experience, from appraisals through to sale. While Reapit had been in operation for many years and had captured the attention of a range of estate agents, work was needed to inform the wider market.

The Opportunity

Reapit’s platform hosts hundreds of thousands of rows of data from the estate agents it works with across the globe. Reapit’s clients allow Reapit to use the data for anonymised analysis and insights. Resonance helped Reapit analyse its data and put together a report with key insights that we knew the estate agent market would be interested in. The analysis started with withdrawals of property, something the usual reports from the likes of Nationwide and Halifax do not capture. We were also able to dive into the data for correlations around Brexit and the market slowdown.

In addition, Gary Barker, the CEO of Reapit is the industry’s best kept secret. A founding father of RightMove, Gary knows the property industry inside-out and the combination of his expertise and the data storytelling has proved a hit with journalists.

The Results

We’ve met with – and received coverage in – every national and have also received coverage on CNBC and Reuters in the 6 months we’ve been working with them. Our work has created inbound enquiries to the sales team.
