vCreate is the NHS Trusted secure messaging platform that keeps parents and clinical teams in neonatal units (NICU) connected during precious moments via secure video updates when they cannot be at the hospital.
vCreate was implemented in 66 neonatal units across the UK and had an additional 25 units in the final stages of procurement: equating to 50 % of the total neonatal units in the UK. Resonance was engaged to help vCreate reach further NICUs.
“We’re really impressed with Resonances’ ability to quickly engage, totally ‘get’ our proposition and then turn that into incredible results in record time. Within three weeks of our initial engagement our application was featured on national BBC Television News, BBC Radio 4 Women’s Hour and on the BBC News online pages, reaching millions of people across the globe, and already giving us six inbound leads.
"I have worked with a number of PR and communications companies over the years and I have to say that I have never seen a more effective, results-driven team. They’re also a pleasure to work with.”
