We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team, someone ready to master HubSpot, create compelling content, and think laterally about how data and technology can be used to drive smarter outcomes.

Digital Marketing Executive

(HubSpot, Content & Integrated Digital)

Location: London or Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000–£34,000 + performance bonus
Reports to: Growth lead and head of consulting

What You’ll Do

This is a blended, high-responsibility role.

You will:

  • Go deep into HubSpot
  • Create compelling digital content
  • Use data to shape better decisions
  • And think creatively about how technology can unlock smarter performance

HubSpot Mastery (6-Week Intensive Training)

Your first six weeks will include structured, hands-on training covering:

  • Marketing automation workflows
  • Segmentation and lifecycle management
  • Landing page creation and optimisation
  • CRM alignment and contact data architecture
  • Email build, testing and performance optimisation
  • Lead scoring and attribution fundamentals

Following training, you will do things such as:

  • Build and optimise nurture journeys
  • Improve conversion flows
  • Identify automation efficiencies
  • Use CRM data to drive smarter targeting

We expect depth. Not surface-level familiarity.

Content Creation & Beautiful Writing (Core to the Role)

This role requires exceptional writing.

You will:

  • Write high-performing email campaigns
  • Develop nurture sequences that feel human, not automated
  • Craft landing page copy that converts
  • Create social posts that attract and engage
  • Translate technical concepts into accessible, compelling messaging

We are looking for someone who:

  • Writes clearly, elegantly and persuasively
  • Understands structure, tone and audience nuance
  • Can balance creativity with conversion intent
  • Cares deeply about clarity and impact

Writing is not a secondary skill in this role. It is foundational.

Digital Execution Beyond HubSpot

You’ll also work across broader digital channels:

  • Social media planning and optimisation
  • Email marketing strategy and A/B testing
  • SEO fundamentals and content performance insight
  • Audience segmentation and behavioural analysis
  • Campaign performance optimisation

You’ll see how automation, content and distribution interconnect.

Lateral Thinking & Data-Led Innovation

This is where the role becomes different.

We want someone who can:

  • Look at performance data and ask better questions
  • Identify unexpected patterns
  • Spot opportunities others miss
  • Use tech creatively to solve problems

For example:

  • How could segmentation be smarter?
  • Where are we under-utilising automation?
  • What behaviour signals could trigger better engagement?
  • How can we combine content and data to unlock advantage?

You won’t just report on data, you’ll use it to think. Curiosity and lateral thinking are essential.


Who We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

  • 0–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM, content or related field
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Curiosity about data, behaviour and digital ecosystems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects confidently
  • Confidence contributing ideas and challenging assumptions

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation tools
  • Exposure to analytics platforms 
  • Understanding of email, SEO or social fundamentals
  • Interest in B2B, SaaS or technology markets

Most importantly, we want someone who is intellectually curious, someone who enjoys thinking differently about how systems and storytelling intersect.
