We’re hiring two Account Executives to join our 360 Communications &Storytelling team in London or Manchester.

Account Executive: 360 Communications & Storytelling

Location: London or Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 + performance bonus
Reports to: Senior Account Manager / Associate Director
Team: 360 Communications & Storytelling

The Role: What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive specialising in 360 communications and storytelling, you’ll be at the heart of our delivery engine, helping to craft and execute integrated programmes that connect story, strategy and impact.

360 Communications Support

    • Execute integrated omnichannel-style campaigns across earned, owned, shared, and paid channels
    • Support media and influencer outreach that builds authority and moves conversations
    • Help clients show up where their audiences search, talk and decide, including SEO, digital platforms and AI discovery channels

Storytelling & Narrative Crafting

    • Translate complex technology and business topics into clear, compelling narratives for ideal customers. Use data to drive insights into trends, themes that inform and engage
    • Draft content that lands across channels - from press releases, thought leadership, executive bios, bylines, briefing notes, social media.
    • Collaborate closely with strategists to align the story with business goals and audience insight

Insight & Measurement

    • Monitor outcomes across external channels
    • Support reporting that ties communications exposure to credibility and business impact
    • Bring curiosity and insight to every campaign, spotting trends and opportunities early

Client & Team Collaboration

    • Join client calls, take notes, and help translate strategy into action
    • Work with designers, digital, storytelling and analytics teams to shape integrated executions

What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

    • 1–3 years’ experience in communications, PR, content or related role, OR a real drive to succeed and an ability to build momentum, with no experience in this field
    • Excellent writing and narrative sense
    • Ability to manage workflows, deadlines and multiple briefs
    • Interest in technology, business and behavioural change
    • Strong interpersonal skills, confident communicator

Nice to Have

    • Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, data, AI or enterprise tech stories
    • Understanding of SEO, social amplification and digital discovery
