Raising LatticeFlow's profile around its Series A

LatticeFlow's platform improves the performance and safety of AI models by finding and fixing problems in their data and models automatically. It helps teams make their AI more reliable and catch hidden errors before they deploy at scale, in industries including healthcare, manufacturing and defence.

Challenge

LatticeFlow had raised a $12 million Series A funding round. It asked Resonance to use its media relations and technology expertise to raise awareness of the platform, at a time when more and more companies were deploying computer vision models at scale.

Strategy

The PR strategy built on LatticeFlow's technology and the milestones behind the funding round, with three aims.

  • Explain what makes LatticeFlow different in AI and computer vision.

  • Establish the founders as thought leaders in the AI industry.

  • Win high-impact coverage in top-tier publications that reach a broad audience.

Execution

Resonance ran a full media relations plan with four main parts.

  • We helped develop the messaging and storyline, so that the news would land in the publications LatticeFlow's target audience reads.
  • We wrote the press materials and pitched the story to key journalists covering AI, technology and business.
  • We arranged interviews and features with influential outlets, and developed thought leadership content about LatticeFlow's vision.
  • We used newsjacking to bring LatticeFlow into relevant industry debates and trending topics.

Results

  • 16 pieces of coverage, including a major article in TechCrunch (14.1 million UMV).
  • Articles in business, fintech and AI publications, notably Enterprise AI and AI Business.
  • Founder Petar Tsankov appeared on Sky News' Ian King Live to discuss LatticeFlow's platform, which established him as a leading voice in AI.
